Carl Klepacki: Winds Instructor

 Carl is an experienced teacher, an accomplished saxophonist/clarinetist/multi-instrumentalist performer and composer-arranger. He holds a music K-12 teaching degree and BM and MM degrees in music composition. Carl is an experienced professional specializing in teaching woodwind and brass instrumental music lessons, general music classes and band. Some of his most influential music teachers include Joe Daley, Richard Davis, Stanley Davis and Les Thimmig. He’s attended music seminars and master classes with Jamie Aebersold, John Cage, Thea Musgrave, Gunther Schuller and many others. He’s performed as a soloist and as a member of top-forty groups, jazz combos, big-band/dance bands, show bands and pit orchestras. He’s performed at the Chicago Cultural Center, The Chicago Yacht Club, Great America, The Palmer House Hotel, Theatre on The Lake as well as at many social events, concerts, festivals and on live radio. Carl lives in the Chicago area where he works as a music teacher and musician.
